Professional conduct
The Medcare establishes professional procedures in accordance with strict JCI standards and other compliance criteria where applicable. In the event of a dispute or patient complaint during a medical examination, physicians and staff at The Medcare are required to conduct a full, independent investigation based on scientific evidence, without bias, concealment or cheating. When necessary, it is required that a Professional Council be established to deal with patients and their interests. Doctors are required to attend all relevant professional meetings held at The Medcare, in order to address professional problems, exchange and share experience, and contribute to the continuous improvement cycle that exists within The Medcare clinic system.
