If the customers don’t bring a vaccine notebook, they will write a commitment to vaccination (according to the form of the clinic).

In case the customers have never been vaccinated before and don’t have a vaccine notebook, they will buy a new vaccine notebook at the reception counter.

• Customers inform about the vaccination that they need, customer services staff advises specifically on whether customers can receive the vaccine according to their needs or not, and advises on the appropriate injection.
• The doctor examines and prescribes the vaccine if the customer is eligible
• Customers pay for the vaccine.
• Customers are vaccinated
• Monitoring 30 minutes after injection
• Checking after injection and bring back vaccine notebook
• In case, customers are not eligible for vaccination, they can leave  or switch to medical examination at the request of the doctor

• The patient returns to the ward, see the doctor hear the results of the examination, receive a prescription

Note:

• The patient who uses the general examination for children from 2 years old package will be given 1 cake and 1 box of milk.
• The patient should examine in the morning, do not eat before taking blood and urine samples
• Blood and urine samples should be taken before meal or after meal at least 2 hours

For packages that don’t need to take a blood sample before examine:

• The patient registers at the reception counter (Specify appointment or not appointment)
• Customer services staff advises the suitable package.
• The patient pays for the package.
• The nurse will measure the height, weight, temperature
• The nurse will guide the patient to follow the instructions in the Nutrition examination form. 
• Waiting for the result
• The patient meets the nutritionist to hear the results of the examination, receive a prescription (if any)
• The patient takes the prescription to the clinic’s pharmacy to buy medicine
• The patient leaves

Note: For nutrition examination packages, the patient will pay a deposit of 500,000 VND before registering for an appointment

For packages that need to take a blood sample before examine:

• The patient contacts the clinic via the website, Facebook, phone to discuss medical examination in need
• Customer services staff proactively call the patient.
• Make an appointment to take the sample
• The patient comes to the clinic according to the scheduled appointment and registers at the reception counter.
•  The patient pays for the package and receives the receipt with the time of appointment
• Customer services staff guide the patient to take the sample. 
• The patient leaves with the receipt with the time of appointment
• The patient comes to the clinic at the scheduled time, takes the receipt to the reception counter. 
• Customer services staff do the procedures
• The patient meets the nutritionist to hear the results of the examination, receive a prescription (if any)
• The patient takes the prescription to the clinic’s pharmacy to buy medicine
• The patient leaves

Note: The patient should examine in the morning, do not eat before taking blood and urine samples

Blood and urine samples should be taken before meal or after meal at least 2 hours

• The patient contacts the clinic via the website, Facebook, phone to discuss medical examination in need
• Customer services staff proactively call the patient to consult the examination method and doctor’s schedule
• The patient chooses a suitable time according to the doctor’s schedule and  registers
• Pay a deposit of 250.000VND for each patient by cash or bank transfer before the examination. 
• The patient comes to the clinic according to the scheduled appointment, brings the deposit confirmation, bank transfer information, registers at the reception counter.
• Pay the remain of examination fee. 
• The patient meets the doctor to hear the results of the examination, receive a prescription (if any)
• The patient takes the prescription to the clinic’s pharmacy to buy medicine
